The Chef

Our Chef comes from Itlay, frome Val d'Aosta. Irène Piovanelli has been working in different positions in France, Italy, Crans-Montana and Sion before joining the Bella Tola in June 2011.


She proposes a tasty cuisine with italian flavour using local products. Passionate, she is always looking for new dishes and creations.


Irène Piovanelli represents the Lady Chefs in the Association of the Chefs of the Val d'Aosta.


The Maîtres D’hôtel
A creative young team is in charge of these gourmand restaurants. Whether it’s « Chez Ida » or at the « Tzambron » you will feel at home. Our head waiters Fabienne Delaire and Jerome Bellet will be there to welcome you with charm and professionalism.

They both joined us in 1999 and particularly enjoy contact with customers and attentive service : they will love satisfying your every desire. Backstage, Fabienne sees to the training of new staff and trainees and Jerome manages the wine cellar.

If you have any questions concerning the wine, Fabienne and Jerome will gladly give you their expert advice as they regularly taste local vintage wines in the company of the vintners of the region.
