Our Chef comes from Itlay, frome Val d'Aosta. Irène Piovanelli has been working in different positions in France, Italy, Crans-Montana and Sion before joining the Bella Tola in June 2011.
She proposes a tasty cuisine with italian flavour using local products. Passionate, she is always looking for new dishes and creations.
Irène Piovanelli represents the Lady Chefs in the Association of the Chefs of the Val d'Aosta.
